Clarke’s Productions has also been involved in training persons for the past ten (10) years, the CEO Mr. Clarke lends a training experience starting from his return to the then Guyana Television (GTV) where he successfully trained the technical crew, He was then approached in 2006 to assist in the development of the Trinidad & Tobago citizens through the Retraining Unit of the Ministry of Science Technology and Tertiary Education via the same media training, he also had the opportunity to aid in the growth of the company called Amway Global now Quixtar, in 2010 BTVch2 then now Safe TVch2, had asked Mr. Clarke to develop and run the television station for the then contractor Christopher Duncan, and within the first six months of his contract the station became viable and very competitive among its peers, Mr.  Ramkumar owner of Payless Variety Store made a call for help, because at the time his store within the Georgetown district was not showing profits and once again within the first six months the store showed a great raise in their profits, by the end of one year the store was able to expand into two other bonds because of the demand of product the Payless Variety Store, Payless Variety Store has also become a house hold name in Guyana. Mrs. Paloma Mohamed and Mr. Clarke had convocations about the Government learning channel, he was then asked to help with concept development for the station.
